Under the Radar is our flagship literary magazine. It is a lively mix of the best up-and-coming and established poets and writers, as well as reviews and articles. It promises what we like to think of as 'serious frivolity' - serious about poetry, with an undeniable whiff of joie de vivre.
Under the Radar is at the very heart of Nine Arches Press - it is the 'hothouse' of our operation. We hope it is a place for readers and poets alike to make discoveries.

Magazine Submission Guidelines:
Under the Radar magazine welcomes submissions.
Please send us no more than six poems, or a maximum 2,500-3000 words of fiction. For reviews, articles and artwork, please contact us first for further details.
You must include a stamped addressed envelope (with the correct postage on) for our reply if submitting by post (or advise of an email address if you do not wish to have your work returned). Without return postage, we will not be able to reply to you or return your work.
Please include an introductory note or letter, as well as a short biographical note of no more than 50 words.

Please do not send submissions to the main Nine Arches Press email.
Please include a short biographical note (50-60 words).
We do receive a high volume of submissions, so please allow at least 10 weeks for our reply.
Please do not make multiple submissions, either by sending us work you have also simultaneously submitted to other magazines or publications, or by sending us further work to consider before we have responded to your first submission. We cannot consider submissions that ignore this request.
